What we store

Knavo stores workspace account information, roster details, interview transcripts, extracted findings, and generated reports so customers can review operational insights over time.

Anonymized deliverables

Interview findings are designed to be shared using role and department attribution rather than employee names. Shared stakeholder reports keep names out by default.

Retention and deletion

Workspace owners can export their data from settings and can permanently delete the workspace when a pilot ends.
