Tenancy and auth

Knavo uses DB-backed sessions with httpOnly cookies, per-org authorization checks on dashboard routes, rate limits on sensitive endpoints, and read-only stakeholder sharing links.

Operational auditability

Invite delivery, background job execution, and operational events are logged so pilot work can be supported and audited.

Customer controls

Customers can export data, delete their workspace, and contact support for incident or data-handling questions.
